Each spring, MIT grabs the attention of graduate alumni through personalization and segmentation. Rather than making an appeal from the broader institution, MIT engages alumni with messages from the program where they received their degree. The project involves 22 academic departments, each telling a unique story for a campus-wide appeal mailing.
